A bill filed in advance of the 2026 legislative session would let state prisoners start earning credits for good behavior faster. Sen. Dave Rader, R-Tulsa, filed Senate Bill 1213 after meeting with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections about how the state can reform its criminal justice system.
